Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mojo Magic Medjool dates, pitted

  • 3 Tbsp all-natural salted nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew, as you prefer)

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate

  • 1 Tbsp flax seed

  • 2/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats

  • Blender or food processor


Preparation

Preparation:


Place pitted dates into a bowl of warm water for approximately 5 minutes to soften.


Step 1


Pulse pitted dates in a food processor or blender until they’re in small pieces or it forms a ball.



Step 2


Add oats, chocolate, flax seeds, and nut butter and pulse or mix until combined. You want there to be small pieces but not overly processed.



Step 3


Carefully roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, using the warmth of your hands to mold them together. Should yield approximately 15 bites.



Step 4


To set, place in the fridge or freezer for 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container refrigerated for up to a week, or freeze for longer.
