Mojo Magic Medjool date smoothie. ENERGY you need. TASTE you crave.
Ingredients
3 Mojo Magic Medjool dates, pitted.
1 cup of milk or your favorite non-dairy alternatives, unsweetened almond milk, light coconut milk, soy milk, etc., plus more to thin smoothie if necessary
1 tablespoon tahini
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Optional smoothie add-ins:
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
¼ cup gluten-free rolled oats
Preparation
Step 1
Soak your pitted dates in warm water for at least 5 minutes until puffy.
Step 2
Next add all ingredients to a high powered blender: soaked Mojo Magic Medjool dates, milk or non-dairy alternative, tahini, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Feel free to add any optional add-ins to your smoothie if you’d like. Blend until smooth, adding more milk to thin, if necessary.
